Wellance Movement is a space for adults to reconnect with their body, emotions, and inner confidence through structured dance and guided wellness facilitation.

Sessions are held in a small, intimate private space in Muweilah, Sharjah — or live online. Maximum 8 to 10 participants. Deliberately small, warm, and personal. This is not about being perfect. It is about feeling, releasing, and returning to yourself.

From the Founder
"Wellance was built from a personal understanding that movement can be more than performance — it can be healing."

Having spent over 10 years in classical and western dance — and having felt the weight of perfectionism, comparison, and spaces that weren't safe — I wanted to build something different. A place where expression comes before technique, and showing up matters more than getting it right.

Wellance is the space I wished had existed. And it is built for anyone who has ever felt the same.

A Session at Wellance

No choreography to memorise on day one. No mirrors to feel judged in. No level you need to be at. Here's how each type of session actually flows.

Dance Session

Arrive & Ground
You settle in — in person or online. A short warm-up: gentle stretches, shoulder rolls, breath. Nothing intense. Just waking the body up, not performing for it.

Learn the Movement
Sequences are taught in small pieces — broken down slowly, repeated with feeling, not speed. The goal is understanding the movement in your body, not copying it perfectly.

Move Together
The group runs through the sequence together. There's music. There's expression. There's no watching — only moving. You'll be surprised how quickly it feels natural.

Cool Down & Reflect
We close with a gentle cool-down and a moment of stillness. What did you notice? What felt good? A brief check-in before you leave — grounded, not just sweaty.

Arrive & Settle
You come as you are — carrying whatever the day left you with. The space is quiet, unhurried. There's no agenda to perform, nothing to prepare. Just arriving is enough.

A Prompt Is Shared
A question or reflection is offered to the circle. You don't have to speak. You can listen. But if something stirs — there's room for it here, without judgment or advice.

Breathe & Release
Depending on the session type — seated reflection, breath work, or gentle guided movement — the middle of the session moves at the group's pace. No rushing, no fixing.

Close in Calm
Every session ends grounded — never on high emotion. A closing breath, a word of intention. You leave with a little more space inside than when you walked in.

Before You Join

Where We Meet
In-person: A small, private space in Muweilah, Sharjah. Calm, personal, deliberately intimate. Exact address shared after enrollment.

Online: Live sessions via video call. Same experience, same small group, same presence.
Group Size
Maximum 8–10 participants per group session — intentionally small. Every person is seen and supported. No hiding at the back.
Batch Structure
Dance programs run in 4-week monthly batches with 8 sessions per month. Wellness sessions run 2–4 times per month. Timing is agreed together before the batch begins.
Payment & Booking
Spots confirmed only upon payment. No refunds after a batch begins. 24-hour notice required for one-on-one cancellations. Missed sessions are non-transferable.
What to Wear
Comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in. No dance attire required. Bare feet or socks for in-person. Whatever you're comfortable in for online.
No Experience Needed
Zero dance or wellness background required for any program. We begin from wherever you are. The only thing you need to bring is willingness.
Founding Members
The first batch joins at a special introductory rate — not the regular pricing going forward. A genuine thank-you to those who show up early and help shape this space.
Not Therapy
Sessions are educational and experiential — not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. For clinical support, please consult a qualified professional.
